A free monthly multisport development program designed to introduce athletes to triathlon, build confidence, develop lifelong healthy habits, and prepare athletes for their first races.

What is Rising Stars?

Team B2G Rising Stars introduces athletes to swimming, biking, running, strength training, and the many skills needed to enjoy triathlon for a lifetime.

Whether you're preparing for your very first race, building confidence, or simply looking for a supportive community to stay active, Rising Stars is designed to help every athlete succeed.

This program emphasizes learning, encouragement, teamwork, and fun—not competition.

Is it really free?

Yes.  Thanks to Team B2G and our awesome volunteers, Rising Stars is completely free.

Do I need experience?

No.

Can I use any bike?

Yes.

Mountain bikes, hybrids, road bikes, and triathlon bikes are all welcome.

Do I need expensive equipment?

No.

What ages can participate?

Youth through adults.

Can parents stay?

Absolutely.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend and learn so they can support their athlete's training and racing. 

What should I bring?
