About the event
Itinerary:
Welcome, Introductions, Warm-up & Session overview (7:00-7:10)
MINI MOCK TRIATHLON including a short swim, bike and run (we will have different distance options so there's something appropriate for everyone).
This is not a race! There will be no timing, no rankings, and we will be on open public trails so we need to be safe and respectful of others and STOP at road crossings to look for cars. If we all finish safely and have fun, we all win!
Required Equipment:
-Swim cap
